Developers, builders, and homeowners who are environmentally conscience now have a choice. Rather than using concrete and asphalt paving for paths, trails and secondary parking, you can use pourable recycled rubber surfacing to stop erosion and reduce stormwater runoff.
Environmentally Friendly - As illustrated in the image adapted from an article in Stormwater by William James, pervious surfacing allows rainwater to flow through the poured rubber mulch and into the ground naturally.
Drought Friendly - Although poured like cement, we use almost no water when mixing and none when applying which is critical in drought effected states like the southeast.
Rubber Pour-N-Walk is a blend of 100% recycled rubber mixed with a unique polyurethane binder to form a cushioned base with a top coat of colored EPDM granules that is ideal for paths and walking trails. This product is ADA approved and installed in high traffic parks such as Disney, the City of Atlanta and Tallulah State Park.
Rubber Pour-N-Park is a recent addition to our product offerings and provides a viable Green Parking Technique when used for secondary parking areas and low use driveways. By using pervious surfacing materials such as Pour-N-Park, you can re-claim land for secondary parking that might otherwise be mandated for retention ponds and swales to protect green space - lower overall project costs.
Rubber Flex Curb & Edging is also made from 100% recycled rubber and offers an excellent alternative to cement based curbing and wood timbers. Lighter than concrete bumpers, they also reduce transportation energy consumption and shipping costs.
Loose Fill Rubber Mulch provides an alternative to wood mulch for landscaping, lasting up to 10 ( ) years, saving time and money. Our mulch is organically dyed, making it non-toxic for children, animals and the environment. It won’t absorb moisture, yet allows air and water to flow directly into the soil. And it doesn’t provide a food source for most insects or termites.
